Luggage Policy
The passengers are allowed to carry up to 30 kg of luggage per ticket individually as per the company policy. However, if you have additional luggage, the ELT (Extra Luggage Tariff) will be charged to you per kilogram.
In case the luggage is misplaced or lost due to the staff’s negligence, as per the luggage policy the passenger will be compensated in terms of equal weight and not in terms of the luggage value.
